OpenValidation.org provides to request an OCSP Responder for status validation of certificates issued by most common CA's.

Select the issuing CA of the certificate status should be checked for from the drop down menue above. Submit the serial of the certificate to send the request to the OCSP responder. Additionally OpenValidation.org provides to browse the CRL of the selected CA.
